Jacqueline Ginn Obituary

Mrs. Jacqueline Ginn was born, October 15, 1933 in Kansas City, Missouri to Roosevelt & Maude Lacy Robinson.

Roosevelt & Maude Robinson along with her spouse Charles E. Ginn, Sr and three of their sons, Jerome A Washington, Charles E Ginn, Jr, Olen C Ginn. Two brothers, G.W. Robinson,William Don, and her sisters Dorothy Scott, Geraldine Hicks, Juanita, Joann Gillium all preceeded hefr in death.

Jacqueline loved and served the Lord beginning at a very early age. She was a very active member of Metropolitian Spiritual Chuch of Christ, under the leadership of Rev. James Tindall. Mom sung in the Inspirational Choir under the direction of the late Michael Charles. Jacqueline also sung with the Leviticus singers. Jacqueline served faithfully on the Usher Board.

Jacqueline, attended public schools, graduating from RT Cole HIgh School.

Jacqueline had such a love and passion for all that crossed her path. She has Mothered and adopted so many of our friends as her very own. She enjoyed cooking big family meals, sewing, crocheting, knitting, asembling puzzels, bowling, and fellowship with the CB club that she was a part of.

Jacqueline had a merited work history with Lake City Ammunition Plant. She later began her long career and retirement from General Motors Assembly Fairfax Plant. G.W, Robinson, Jerome A Washington, Denise R Frazier-Matthews, Diane P Cunningham, Charles E Ginn, Jr, Querita A Conway, Olen C Ginn, Carla M Cubit, Pamela J Ginn.

In 1955 Jacqueline met and married the love of her life, which would be her lifetime partner Charles E Ginn, Sr. To this very precious and special union, nine children were born.

Jacqueline gained her heavenly wings in the loving care of her children and grandchildren at her home on Mother’s Day, May 12, 2019. She made sure that she fought a good fight and finished her course on a fitting day.

Jacqueline leaves to cherish her precious memory and legacy, one son, Gerald W. Robinson (Gaylen), five daughters; Denise R. Frazier-Matthews (Joe), Diane P. Cunningham (James), Charlotte, North Carolina, Querita A. Conway, Carla M. Cubit (Herman), Pamela J. Ginn, grandchildren; Johnny W. Frazier, Jamar A. Frazier, Tamara R. Lockheart (Charlotte, North Carolina), Shawniece N. Cunningham (Houston, Texas), Phillip W. Conway III, Christopher A. Conway, Latasha Conway, Jennifer P. Ginn, Michael D. Rahn and Melinda J. Robinson. She departed this life leaving to cherish her gift of being the greatest grandmother/great grandmother of ten grandchildren, thirty-six great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren, what a life well lived. And we cannot forget all the wondful St. Lukes Hospice Care Team, they cared for mom as if she was their on. She leaves behind a host of nieces and nephews that she adored and loved dearly as she was the last elder of the group.

Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Saturday, May 18, 2019 at Metropolitan Spiritual Church of Jesus Christ 1231 Garfield Ave, Kansas City, MO 64127. Visitation 9:00 A.M. Interment Memorial Park.
