RICHARD B PARKER, Sr.

Richard Bernard Parker, Sr., 69, was born in Kansas City, Missouri to James Herman Parker and Corrine Parker.

Ricky or “Bosco” as he was affectionately called, was a native of Kansas City, MO and went to school in the Kansas City, Mo school district. A veteran of the United States Navy, he entered in November 1968 and was Honorary discharged in August 1970.

He married Brenda Doss in 1975 by the late Bishop Emanuel Newton In Kansas City Missouri.

He was proceeded in death by his father James Herman Parker, his mother Corrine Parker, four brothers; Herman Parker, James Parker, Charles Parker and Donald Parker and one sister; Mariam Parker.

He is survived by; a daughter Wanell Stuckey and her husband Jason, a son; Richard Parker, Jr. and his wife Sonlla, five grandchildren; Corynne, Erin, Yulisia, Ameelia and Mateo, two

brothers; Michael (Lisa) Parker, Fredrick Parker; five sisters; Frances Jiles, Wanda Parker, Doris Franklin, Carol Parker, Sandra (Carlos) Patterson, with a host of nieces and nephews. He was deeply loved and will be missed by all.

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Monday, July 1, 2019 at Watkins Heritage Chapel. Visitation 10:00 A.M. Interment Lincoln Cemetery.
