RICARDO XAVIER TENN-HUE
Beloved Son, Father, Brother, Uncle, Nephew and Friend. Ricardo Xavier Tenn-Hue was affectionately known also as Ricky, Daddy and Bellion. He was born on April 3, 1962 in Kingston, Jamaica to his parents Charlie Tenn-Hue his father who preceded him in death and his mother Delrita Clark and he was the fourth born of six children to this union. Ricardo accepted Christ at a very young age and had a love for God all of his life. He was known by his family and friends to be very quiet, wise and frugal even as a child. Ricardo resided in Kansas City most of his adult life. He was educated in the Jamaican school district from Primary School to Secondary School.
Ricardo was most proud of the relationships he established… He was the father to six beautiful children. Four boys and two girls. Ricardo Tenn-Hue Jr., Nathean Metcalf, Ricarria Tenn-Hue, Xavier Tenn-Hue, Rymiah Tenn-Hue and Cameron Nelson. His life was also filled with excitement and adventure with his life partner and great friend Leslie Sipple.
To know him was to love him. He was many things to his family and loved ones. He was laughter, joy and a real friend. Ricardo was intelligent and strong even though he had a gentle disposition. He was ALWAYS willing to help someone and known by all those close to him for genuinely putting others first. That was normal for him because he just had a GOOD HEART. Ricardo was a very selfless and generous person who enjoyed dominoes, good music and good company. So, in the company of his Bredren and Sistren you would always find him laughing and with a sincere smile on his face. He will be missed by so many people near and far.
Ricardo stepped into eternity on Wednesday, January 8, 2020. Although his departure was too soon for us, it was according to God’s eternal purpose and master plan. We will see him again. We cherish his memory.
He is survived by his Mother Delrita Clark, all of his children as acknowledged above, His Brothers, Courtney Tenn-Hue, Dennis Tenn-Hue, Mark Tenn-Hue, Byron Tenn-Hue, Lance Tenn-Hue, Charles Tenn-Hue, Andrew Tenn-Hue and Kevin Tenn-Hue. His Sisters, Maxine Tenn-Hue, Michelle Tenn-Hue, Jacquline Tenn-Hue, Karen Tenn-Hue and Andrea Tenn-Hue. Along with a host of beloved nieces and nephews, extended family and friends.
