Mr. Clifford Towner

Clifford C. Towner the son of Columbus and Elsie Towner was born March 8, 1925, in Kansas City, Kansas.

Clifford departed this life on Sunday, August 28, 2022, in Kansas City, Missouri.

He was raised by his step father Don Lewis from a teenager to adulthood.

He was preceded in death by both parents, Columbus and Elsie Towner, step Father Don Lewis, daughter Veronica Fay Towner.

Clifford retired from KCI airport after 30 years and 20 years with Woodley Building Maintenance.

Clifford C. Towner leaves to cherish his memory his wife Hattie of 46 years who is very grateful of how well he took care of her until his death, son Clifford James Towner (Velma), daughter Pamela Abernathy (Melvin) other relatives and friends.

Funeral Service will be Saturday, September 17, 2022, 3:00pm at Watkins Heritage Chapel. Interment Leavenworth National Cemetery, Monday September 19th,11:00am. Visitation will be from 2pm-3pm at the chapel. Service conducted by Watkins Heritage Chapel. Condolences may be shared on our website.
