George Edward Webb Jr. was a native son of Kansas City, Missouri. He was born January 29, 1966 to George Edward Webb Sr. of Waterproof, Louisiana and Ollie Faye Carter Webb of Mansfield, Louisiana.
He attended Southwest High School where he was a multi-sport athlete and a graduate of the class of 1984. He worked for Ergon until he retired in 2016.
