Hubert attended church, and was raised in the Catholic Church, and was baptized at St. Monica’s in the 50’s, here in Kansas City. He was a happy neighborhood kid, using his crutches and leg braces as equipment to gain a physical edge with the fellow block neighborhood kids(smile). He had a sense of humor, a warm and engaging smile, and a love for music with a beat, his favorite artists included Michael Jackson and Ray Charles!
