Ms. Alicia Hyler Obituary

Alicia Hyler departed this life on November 08, 2022 at Truman Medical Center in Kansas City Mo. She was born on July 11,1970 to Clyde Hyler Sr. and Erma Hyler. Born in Kansas City Mo, but spent most of her life in Columbia Mo.

She attended and graduated from Central High School. She began working for K.C.C.C. as a Program Monitor, she also worked for Mid-K Beauty Supply, Salvation Army, and she also had other occupations in Kansas City Mo.

She was also involved in many activities, she was an entertainer, performer, very well-known as Lord- Biskit Carrington, a big legacy in the LGBTQ community. If you met Biskit, you would know she was a genuine, loving, caring, very big hearted, compassionate, social loving butterfly, with the most beautiful smile.

She was very talented, she could cut hair, fix jewelry, she could cook , and Biskit could put a smile on anyone’s face.

Biskit was known for two stepping and playing cards with her wife Robin, that was their thing. Biskit was a big family oriented person.

In 2021, Alicia was joined in marriage to Robin Hyler, 18 years in a relationship, and one year of marriage. With that she became father figure of 11 children; Christine(-Danielle Jackson), Michael, Shanae, Keenae, Jonathan(Khalid Dickerson), Raleesha(Cornell), Mark(-Breiona Walker), Caresha, Carl, Carriona, Deavalique. Proceeding into her death: Erma Hyler, Carrie Mckay. She leaves to cherish her memories: Robin Hyler and her 11 children, 22 grandchildren, and her 11 brothers and sisters, Al(Jaquetta), Doug, Clyde Hyler Jr(Sherri), Danny, Claude, Kimberly, Ermerly, Valorie, William, Henry(Ciera), and last but not least her Aunt Ernestine Davis, and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
 

Funeral Service will be held Friday, November 18, 2022,11:00am Watkins Heritage chapel. Interment Forest Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10am-11am at the chapel. Service conducted by Watkins Heritage Chapel. Condolences may be shared on our website.
