Obituary

Antoinette “Toni” LaShaun Jemerson was born September 11th, 1984 to Archelous Jemerson and Joan Clark in Kansas City, Missouri. She departed this life on June 18th, 2023 surrounded by her family.

Toni grew up in Raytown, Missouri and graduated from Raytown High School, class of 2003. She was born with the gift of creativity and her talents included sewing, drawing, cooking, crafting, and hairstyling. She was always making or designing something, she even made her own prom dress. Toni was a free spirit with a big heart and a smile that would light up the room. Her corny personality made her so much fun to be around. All her nieces and nephews loved hanging out with her and eating her homemade cookies and taquitos.

As an adult, being a mother was the joy of Toni’s life. Frankie, Nevaeh, and Paige were the center of everything she did. She loved them more than anything and took pride in knowing how awesome her children are. She was a great mother who also took pleasure in helping raise her two bonus children Kyren and Nya whom she loved as if they were her own.

Toni will be greeted in heaven by her grandparents Lawrence Clark, Patricia Harris, O.B. Jemerson, Annie Bell Jemerson, and uncle Mark Clark.

Toni leaves to cherish her memory her three children Frank McCuiston IV, Nevaeh McCuiston, and Paige McCuiston of Raytown, MO; two bonus children Kyren McCuiston and Nya McCuiston of Kansas City, KS; her significant other Frank McCuiston III of Raytown, MO; her mother Joan Clark of Raytown, Mo. and father Archelous Jemerson of Kansas City, Mo.; sisters Shawna Davis of Buckhead, GA; Catrina Jemerson-Lowe (David) of Olathe, KS; Channel Clark and Tamika Jemerson (Kyaun) both of Lee’s Summit, MO;Andrea Lesane of Cleveland, Ohio. one brother Gary Jemerson of Stuttgart, AR, and many special nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

Funeral Services will be held Saturday, July 1, 2023, 11 am at Watkins Heritage Chapel. Visitation will be from 10am-11am at the chapel. Interment XII Gates Memorial Gardens. Services conducted by Watkins Heritage Chapel. Condolences may be shared on our website.
