Ms. Dion N. Newton

Dion Necole Newton departed for Heaven on June 21, 2022

Dion was born into the marriage union of Larry G. Caston and Rosemary (Crawford) Caston on March 28, 1975.

She was educated and graduated in the Raytown, MO. school system in 1993

Dion was blessed with three children, Galen K. Mack Jr. and twins Maya N. & Anaya D. Newton
She also loved and helped raise stepchildren Tyler and Lexis.

She enjoyed a host of activities from dancing, sporting events, listening to R&B music, and spending time with family and close friends.

Dion made Friendship Baptist Church her church home and involved her children in the church.

An illnesses took her from us and she leaves precious memories to be remember and cherish by parents Larry and Rosemary. Sister Roshawda V. Walker. Children, Galen Jr. and Maya. Stepchildren, Tyler & Lexis. Grandchildren, Marcellus Mack and Jeremiah Lair. Aunts, uncles,cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.

Dion will be greeted in Heaven by her Grandparents Leon and Ellen Caston , Grandmother Velma Crawford, brother Lonnie Caston and daughter Anaya Newton.

 Funeral service will be held Friday, July 1, 2022, 11:00am at Watkins Heritage Chapel. Interment Brooking Cemetery. Visitation will be from 9am-11am at the chapel. Service conducted by Watkins Heritage Chapel. Condolences may be shared on our website.
