Holly Bushnell was a caring and loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend.  She left this world before we were ready on May 20, 2022, at the age of 71.

She was born to the union of Calvin L. Bushnell and Lubirtha Bushnell on December 25, 1950, in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.  Holly moved to Kansas City, Missouri at the age of two, there after she was a lifelong resident.  She was a graduate of Manual High School class of 1969, and then went on to study nursing and became a nursing assistant at Kansas City General Hospital.  Both parents and one brother Sanfort Bushnell Sr., and one sister Jeanette Augustine proceeded her in death.

Holly had many hobbies which included reading her Harlequin romance books, potting plants, crocheting, watching CSI and spending time with her family and friends.  She also enjoyed listening to oldies music, playing bingo, and painting her nails.

She leaves behind to mourn her passing one daughter Maria Bushnell Mosley (Sabir Mosley), one son Matthew Bushnell aka “Dude” (Rosalind Bushnell).  She also leaves four grandchildren, Eries Mosley, Tyjaz Bushnell, DeAnte Bushnell, and Marcell Bushnell; two brothers, Donald Bushnell and Bobby Bushnell (Johnclyn Bushnell); two sisters, Lucida (Don Albers) and Glenda Bushnell, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and many friends whom all she loved dearly.
