William Keith Johnson, affectionately known as “Keith” was born September 26, 1960 to the union of Charles and Mildred Johnson. Both parents preceded him in death.
Keith attended public schools while growing up in Kansas City Missouri. In 1978, Keith graduated from Southwest High School.
After graduating, Keith was employed at Plaza 111 Restaurant. Shortly after his tenure with Plaza 111, Keith began working at Hallmark Cards Inc where he held several positions within the company. Keith retired from Hallmark in 2019 after 41 years of service.
In 1996, Keith united with Bible Temple Missionary Church of Kansas City, Ks.
On March 16, 2019, Keith married the love of his life, Deborah Griffin.
Keith enjoyed spending time with family and friends. His hobbies were basketball and playing golf. Golfing was his passion and he took pride in his game hitting T’s at nearly every golf course in the Kansas City area. Keith’s winning smile allowed him to never meet a stranger.
Keith leaves to cherish his precious memories his loving wife, Deborah; one son, William K. Jr.; one stepson Kenneth Roberson; one stepdaughter, Katrena Roberson; one sister, Phynice Kelley; one nephew, Riane Brown; two nieces, Thandiwe Bass and Moriya Bass and a host of family and friends.
